Comprised of over 450,000 M2 of office, commercial and residential components, Xi’an Kang Park is tabbed to be the first major project intended for Xi’an’s Jingkai district northwest of its venerable walled city. It looks to spearhead the district’s current industrial base into a regenerative expansion zone allowing for the city’s urban and residential growth. Mindful of both user and environmental quality, the project embraces a biophilic balance between man and nature and builds itself around a central urban park that serves its users as well as its connective context that will evolve around it.
