Set on the banks of Tianjin’s Hai River, Tianjin Kerry Centre is intended to spearhead the city’s new urban core. MIX collaborated with SOM on its original master plan, to create an optimum integration of all of its components and to the larger neighboring context. MIX designed the project’s 120,000 M2 commercial podium using the natural urban flow through the site to inspire the project’s woven architecture and landscape.
