In Xi’an Kang Park, public-oriented open spaces serve the Retail and Tower components as well as the larger community of Xi’an’s Jingkai District. The Park features a variety of soft and hardscapes, natural air and light, and a sloped parkway that is layered with multi-level spaces that blend the indoors and outdoors while inherently facilitating alternative routes for movement. Roof Gardens and Decks are dedicated greenscapes in the sky that offer respite from the bustling city below. These sky commons act as beacons for the community and draw the public into the urban Park and overall project.
Private-oriented open spaces dedicated to the Residential Towers are for the residents and families of the project. A Kid’s Play area offers year-round recreational programs and activities for the children of XKP.
