Connected to the cities of Cheonan and Asan through a transportation network and natural landscape, the new city between them will draw upon its neighboring population, creating a shift in the center of gravity 34 minutes by bullet train south of Seoul. Capitalizing on the existing Jangjae Stream that flows along the southern end of the retail block, circulation has been designed around water that seamlessly draws visitors deep inside the project from the sculpted river landscape outside. Entertainment and destination nodes located both outside and within are connected with sinuous pathways that encourage continual movement throughout the project.
