A spirit of richness and engagement inspires Highvill New City to forgo the typical formulaic market norms of standardization. A simple variegated strata overlaid into the project’s four playfully aligned towers, imbue a sense of animation and dialogue for the tower cluster and its 1,200 residents while expressing a bit of emboldened individuality. A staggered and layered array of over-scaled screens unify the five-level podium’s retail, office, culture and parking components, as it offers a vibrant setting for the urban life below.
