Columbia Circle, has been restored as the center of Shanghai’s rich colonial history. Initial and future CULTURAL components, CREATIVE OFFICES, RETAIL, F&B, HOSPITALITY and PUBLIC SPACES will ultimately consolidate and more tightly unify the whole.
